Here's how Quick Hire Submits actually works, what your account manager does day-to-day, and what you can expect while we're running your applications.
Human-run
Every single application is opened, read, and submitted by a real person on our team.
Dedicated partner
One person owns your search, keeps an eye on fit, and adjusts targeting as we learn.
Dashboard + email
Your dashboard shows boards, logins, and every job we apply to-with emails forwarded to you.
We run your job applications for you. A small USA-based team reads listings that fit your profile, fills out the forms by hand, and submits applications under your name.
We also include bonus headhunting: when it makes sense, we share your profile directly with recruiters or hiring contacts. Those introductions do not count against your purchased submission total.
No. We don't use AI tools, scripts, or bots to spray applications.
Every application is:
Your plan runs until we fill your order-meaning we've completed the number of submissions you purchased.
We aim for a steady, realistic pace and prioritize good matches over just "hitting a number in 30 days." If it takes longer to find roles that actually make sense for you, we take that time.
Yes. Every client is assigned a dedicated account manager.
They are responsible for:
At minimum, we'll ask you for:
Your account manager will walk you through this in the onboarding form and follow up with questions if needed.
Your dashboard is your control center. It includes:
Even after we're done, you can log in and keep using those profiles and boards yourself.
When employers or recruiters respond, we forward everything to you. That way:
If you'd like us to help you think through responses, your account manager can advise you-but you stay in the driver's seat.
Technically, yes-we can turn off forwarding if you insist.
However, it makes it much harder for you to actually get interviews or offers, because you won't see responses coming in.
For that reason, we strongly recommend leaving forwarding on for the entire duration of your service.
By default, we do not pretend to be you in email.
Our job is to get you in the door by submitting strong applications and surfacing real responses. You handle the interviews and follow-up, unless we've explicitly agreed on something different in writing.
No. The goal is not to mindlessly hit a quota inside 30 days.
We'd rather skip a bad-fit role than waste one of your submissions on something you'd never accept. Your account manager aims for:
We can't guarantee interviews, callbacks, or job offers-no service can control how every employer behaves.
What we do guarantee:
Sometimes we know a recruiter or hiring contact who is actively looking for someone like you. When that happens, we may introduce you directly.
These introductions are a free bonus and do not count against your purchased submission total. Think of them as extra signal in your favor, not something you're "using up."
Yes. Our team is USA-based. We understand US job boards, US hiring expectations, and US-style resumes and cover letters.
We can also target remote roles and international opportunities when it fits your goals, but the people doing the work are in the US.
Quick Hire Submits is a one-time service. You purchase a plan with a specific number of human-run submissions (for example, 100, 250, 500).
When we finish that plan, the service ends. You can always come back later and buy another round if you'd like us to keep going.
No. Because this service is time-intensive and performed by humans, all payments are final.
Once we start working your plan, that time and effort can't be undone, even if your situation changes or you don't get the outcome you hoped for. For full details, please see our Terms of Service.
Typically, we:
Once your profile is ready, we begin submissions within three business days. Exact timing depends partly on how quickly you complete the onboarding steps.
Yes, within reason. If you need to adjust targeting (for example, salary range or location), talk to your account manager and we'll adapt future submissions.
However, we can't pause an active plan indefinitely, as our team is dedicated to completing your purchased submissions. For significant changes, you might consider finishing your current plan and then purchasing a new one with updated criteria.
