Frequently asked questions

Dedicated account manager Manual submissions · No AI

Here's how Quick Hire Submits actually works, what your account manager does day-to-day, and what you can expect while we're running your applications.

Who we are: Small, all-USA team of human submitters What we do: Manual job applications + optional recruiter introductions How it runs: We keep going until your order is delivered

Human-run

No AI, no bots, no autopilot.

Every single application is opened, read, and submitted by a real person on our team.

Dedicated partner

You get a dedicated account manager.

One person owns your search, keeps an eye on fit, and adjusts targeting as we learn.

Dashboard + email

You see everything we do.

Your dashboard shows boards, logins, and every job we apply to-with emails forwarded to you.

How the service works

What exactly does Quick Hire Submits do?

We run your job applications for you. A small USA-based team reads listings that fit your profile, fills out the forms by hand, and submits applications under your name.

We also include bonus headhunting: when it makes sense, we share your profile directly with recruiters or hiring contacts. Those introductions do not count against your purchased submission total.

Do you use AI or automation to apply?

No. We don't use AI tools, scripts, or bots to spray applications.

Every application is:

  • Reviewed by a human for basic fit
  • Submitted manually on the job board or company site
  • Logged to your dashboard so you can see where we applied

How long does my plan run?

Your plan runs until we fill your order-meaning we've completed the number of submissions you purchased.

We aim for a steady, realistic pace and prioritize good matches over just "hitting a number in 30 days." If it takes longer to find roles that actually make sense for you, we take that time.

Will I get a dedicated account manager?

Yes. Every client is assigned a dedicated account manager.

They are responsible for:

  • Understanding your background, preferences, and non-negotiables
  • Guiding targeting (what we apply to and what we skip)
  • Answering questions and making tweaks while your plan is active

What do you need from me to get started?

At minimum, we'll ask you for:

  • Your resume (and/or LinkedIn profile)
  • Job targets (titles, salary bands, locations, remote preferences)
  • Any must-have or must-avoid criteria (industries, schedules, technologies, etc.)

Your account manager will walk you through this in the onboarding form and follow up with questions if needed.

Dashboard, logins & email forwarding

What does the customer dashboard show me?

Your dashboard is your control center. It includes:

  • All job boards and company portals we've created or used on your behalf
  • Logins and access details so you always own the accounts
  • A running list of jobs we've applied to, with basic details

Even after we're done, you can log in and keep using those profiles and boards yourself.

How do email forwarding and replies work?

When employers or recruiters respond, we forward everything to you. That way:

  • You see every reply, interview request, and rejection directly
  • You can reply from your own inbox and keep full control of conversations

If you'd like us to help you think through responses, your account manager can advise you-but you stay in the driver's seat.

Can I turn off email forwarding?

Technically, yes-we can turn off forwarding if you insist.

However, it makes it much harder for you to actually get interviews or offers, because you won't see responses coming in.

For that reason, we strongly recommend leaving forwarding on for the entire duration of your service.

Will you ever reply to employers on my behalf?

By default, we do not pretend to be you in email.

Our job is to get you in the door by submitting strong applications and surfacing real responses. You handle the interviews and follow-up, unless we've explicitly agreed on something different in writing.

Targeting, results & recruiters

Do you just spray my resume everywhere to hit the numbers?

No. The goal is not to mindlessly hit a quota inside 30 days.

We'd rather skip a bad-fit role than waste one of your submissions on something you'd never accept. Your account manager aims for:

  • Roles that match your skill level and salary expectations
  • Companies and industries you're actually interested in
  • Opportunities that are realistically in reach for your background

Do you guarantee interviews or a job?

We can't guarantee interviews, callbacks, or job offers-no service can control how every employer behaves.

What we do guarantee:

  • Your purchased number of submissions will be completed manually
  • We'll target roles that make sense based on the preferences you provide
  • You'll have a clear record of where we applied, plus board logins you can keep using

What is the recruiter referral bonus and does it use my submissions?

Sometimes we know a recruiter or hiring contact who is actively looking for someone like you. When that happens, we may introduce you directly.

These introductions are a free bonus and do not count against your purchased submission total. Think of them as extra signal in your favor, not something you're "using up."

Are you all based in the United States?

Yes. Our team is USA-based. We understand US job boards, US hiring expectations, and US-style resumes and cover letters.

We can also target remote roles and international opportunities when it fits your goals, but the people doing the work are in the US.

Billing, plans & policies

Is this a subscription or a one-time service?

Quick Hire Submits is a one-time service. You purchase a plan with a specific number of human-run submissions (for example, 100, 250, 500).

When we finish that plan, the service ends. You can always come back later and buy another round if you'd like us to keep going.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Because this service is time-intensive and performed by humans, all payments are final.

Once we start working your plan, that time and effort can't be undone, even if your situation changes or you don't get the outcome you hoped for. For full details, please see our Terms of Service.

How fast do you start after I pay?

Typically, we:

  • Confirm your payment
  • Walk you through onboarding and preferences
  • Assign your dedicated account manager

Once your profile is ready, we begin submissions within three business days. Exact timing depends partly on how quickly you complete the onboarding steps.

Can I pause or change my preferences mid-service?

Yes, within reason. If you need to adjust targeting (for example, salary range or location), talk to your account manager and we'll adapt future submissions.

However, we can't pause an active plan indefinitely, as our team is dedicated to completing your purchased submissions. For significant changes, you might consider finishing your current plan and then purchasing a new one with updated criteria.
