1. Service Overview

Quick Hire Submits provides manual job application services. A human team member reviews listings and submits applications on your behalf using the information you provide in your profile and resume.

This is not an automated bot, scraper, or software tool. Each submission requires time and judgment from a real person.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information in your profile, including:

  • Your resume and work history
  • Contact details and preferred communication channels
  • Job preferences, salary expectations, and target roles/locations

If your situation changes (for example, you accept a job or want to pause applications), you should update your information or notify us as soon as possible.

3. Payment and Refunds

Our plans are one-time purchases. You pay up front for a set number of manual submissions.

Because the service is time-intensive and performed by humans, all payments are final.

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with results, lack of interviews, or lack of job offers.

4. Use of Your Information

The information you provide in your profile and resume is used to:

  • Identify suitable job listings and opportunities
  • Prepare and submit tailored applications on your behalf
  • Share your profile with relevant contacts in our headhunting network

5. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

We cannot promise specific outcomes. Factors such as your experience, competition in the job market, and each company's hiring process are outside our control.

By using the service, you acknowledge that:

  • Quick Hire Submits does not guarantee interviews, callbacks, or job offers.
  • We are not responsible for decisions made by employers, recruiters, or any third parties who receive your applications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Hire Submits' total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

6. Service Changes

We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time (for example, changing pricing, adjusting application pacing, or updating how headhunting works).

If we discontinue or significantly change the service, unused submissions may be forfeited and will not be refunded.

7. General Terms

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Quick Hire Submits operates.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a particular term at any time is not a waiver of that term.
